We want customers to feel confident ordering from Nevr. If something is not right, contact us and we will help review the best next step.
Returns
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products should be returned in their original condition, including accessories and packaging when applicable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help with a replacement or resolution when eligible.
Non-returnable situations
- Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Items returned without approval or missing key parts
- Orders outside the return window
Warranty support
Nevr products are covered for manufacturing issues under normal use. Warranty support does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, water damage beyond stated product resistance, or compatibility issues caused by unsupported devices or software changes.
